At Östersund's ski stadium there are up to 89 kilometers of ski tracks to choose from. Here you will find competition trails, lighted trails, exercise trails and, in summer, a roller ski track of varying length and difficulty.

In the lighted tracks inside the stadium, the lights are switched on at 07:00 and off at 22:00.

The other lighted tracks only have twilight lights from the afternoon and are switched off at 22.00.
